In this presentation, we will focus on practical aspects of screening work using Biacore systems, related to hit identification and hit-to-lead characterization. Important aspects of low molecular weight (LMW) assay design will be discussed, including preparation of samples, buffers, sensor surfaces, and controls. We will also cover strategies for assay setup and workflows for screening.
