Getting the most from ÄKTA™ chromatography systems – maximising productivity
Date: Thursday, 19 MayTime: 10:00 AM –11:00 AM
Q&A: 11:00 AM–12:00 PM
Abstract
In this session we will describe how to efficiently use ÄKTA™ chromatography systems to increase production of proteins and research reagents to accelerate your research. We will discuss the automation of complex processes, solutions for parallel purifications, and the isolation of low abundance complex targets, ensuring a fast route to reagent generation, high quality data, and publication.

Getting the most from Biacore™ systems
Date: Thursday, 26 MayTime: 10:00 AM –11:00 AM
Q&A: 11:00 AM–12:00 PM
Abstract
Join us for this live, interactive broadcast where we will show examples of how to get more from your biomolecular interaction research using our surface plasmon resonance technology. The session will cover best practices for designing experiments using the Biacore™ instrument. We will also discuss what to consider when analysing data, to help you get quick results.

How to get the most from your CCD camera – ImageQuant™ 800
Date: Thursday, 09 JuneTime: 10:00 AM –11:00 AM
Q&A: 11:00 AM–12:00 PM
Abstract
Many researchers are confronted with strong and very weak signals on the same Western blots or strips. Examples are:
- loading controls like GAPDH/tubuline and low abundant proteins of interest.
- phosphorylated forms vs non-modified target proteins.

Overcoming the challenges of tissue dissociation for single-cell omics applications with the VIA Extractor™ system
Date: Thursday, 16 JuneTime: 10:00 AM –11:00 AM
Q&A: 11:00 AM–12:00 PM
Abstract
In this session we will describe The VIA Extractor™ tissue disaggregator, which is designed for consistent, rapid disaggregation of solid tissue, including tumors, into viable single cells. We will describe how it uses a mild processing approach to consistently generate high cell yield and viability and preserve cell integrity relative to the parent sample. The system provides a semi-automated process for use in high-throughput omics research, giving reliable results in single-cell sequencing and flow cytometry applications.

Advanced and automated process development for gene therapy
Date: Thursday, 23 JuneTime: 10:00 AM –10:45 AM
Q&A: 10:45–11:00 AM
Abstract
In this session we will describe end-to-end processing for adeno-associated virus, which is a common vector in gene therapy applications. Also, we will discuss the automated systems that can be used for a mid-scale run and will include data from some of our new technologies. And we will run through the modular workflow for cell therapy manufacturing that’s often used for CAR-T cells. The equipment is connected by Chronicle™ automation software providing a unified digital platform to monitor your manufacturing and supply chain.

There are many variations of passages of Lorem Ipsum available, but the majority have suffered alteration in some form, by injected humour, or randomised words which don't look even slightly believable. If you are going to use a passage of Lorem Ipsum, you need to be sure there isn't anything embarrassing hidden in the middle of text.
All the Lorem Ipsum generators on the Internet tend to repeat predefined chunks as necessary, making this the first true generator on the Internet. It uses a dictionary of over 200 Latin words, combined with a handful of model sentence structures, to generate Lorem Ipsum which looks reasonable. The generated Lorem Ipsum is therefore always free from repetition, injected humour, or non-characteristic words etc.
