MabSelect™ VH3 resin
MabSelect™ VH3 affinity resin uses an engineered protein A ligand that interacts only with the variable heavy chain containing the VH3 sequence family. This interaction enables efficient separation of bispecific antibodies (bsAb), Fab, scFv, and VHH.
MabSelect™ VL resin
MabSelect™ VL resin has a redesigned protein L ligand that provides high binding capacity and improved alkaline stability for affinity capture of antibody Fabs, bispecifics, and other variants containing a kappa light chain.
MabSelect PrismA™ resin
MabSelect PrismA™ protein A chromatography resin has enhanced alkaline stability and binding capacity for improved process economy in purification of mAb and bsAb.
