Filtration solutions for accurate water testing

9 - 22 September, 2024

Kistamässan Exhibition & Congress Centre Kista, Sweden

Monitoring water quality relies on the measurement of different parameters, including total suspended solids (TSS) and total dissolved solids (TDS), which are the molecules and ions that remain in a water sample after filtration.

Regulations on workflows and thresholds vary depending on country, region, or city. Regardless of the location, wastewater quality testing is a long, manual process. Proper filtration is vital in this process. Whatman filters 934-AH meet US EPA Laboratory Standard Method 2540 parts C, D, and E and GF/C meet standard for EN872.

Case study: we helped convert a mAb molecule to a single-use platform

Background: A customer with aggressive timelines wanted to convert to single-use while scaling up from 10 L to 200 L with an ultimate target of 2000 L.

Outcomes: We reduced development timelines by 18 months, developed their mid-scale process in just five months, and transferred to local support for ongoing scale and capacity support.

Global process experience to take you further

  • 6 main sites across the US, UK, Sweden, India, South Korea, and China
  • 70+ customer process development projects per year
  • 100+ scientists around the world
